The Open Secure Access Coalition was formed in March, 2006.
The group is composed of a group of automotive retail industry participants
with a common desire for open, secure access to
dealership data.
The group is led by a Steering Committee made up of: Autobytel Inc., AutoTrader.com, CARFAX, CarsDirect.com,
The Cobalt Group, DealerTrack, JMsolutions, Kelley Blue Book and
RouteOne. The full membership

Greg Collins serves as the group's Executive Director. He has a
thorough understanding of the automotive retail systems environment
both from a dealer and system provider perspective. Collins was Senior Vice President at Reynolds & Reynolds,
with responsibility for many of the programs and services that connected to Reynolds'
and other's dealership management systems. Since leaving Reynolds in 2003,
Greg leads Cape Fear Advisors, LLC, a strategy and marketing development consulting
firm in Wilmington, NC. He has a BA in Economics from Williams College, and
an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School.
