Open Secure Access is a non-profit industry group. It is a 501(c)(6) education organization. As such, we rely on financial support from our members. Members participate activity in automotive retailing, and agree to support our principles.

Dealers participate for free.

Technology and service companies pay annual dues to support our education and communication efforts. Our dues are established to match the size and resources of the company; all members have access to OSA’s services and can participate in the agenda setting and communication activities.

Annual Membership Dues List
  • Founding Members -- $15,000 per year. Requested for those members with revenue in excess of $100 million annually.
  • Sustaining Members -- $5,000 per year. Requested for those members with revenue between $10 million and $100 million annually.
  • Key Members -- $3,000 per year. Requested for all other members.

OSA is interested in a company’s participation regardless of the level of financial support. Several key founding members have pledged their support for 2009 and 2010, providing the groundwork for meeting our financial needs.
